Cookies. As specified above, Slip Me Not collects users browser information, location and page visits through its integration of Google Analytics. If you do not wish us to collect cookies, you may turn off cookies by clicking here and setting the Google Analytics tracking to “off”. Otherwise, set your browser to refuse cookies, or alert you when cookies are being sent. If you do so, please note that some parts of the Website may then be inaccessible or not function properly. IP addresses are anonymised automatically upon agreeing to the use of Cookies via the provided cookie bar at the bottom of the Website. All information, including but limited to a users browsing experience, page visits, time and keywords searched above is shared anonymously with  Slip Me Not.

How we use the information you provide. Slip Me Not uses the information you provide to fulfil your online request, facilitate customer service and inform you of our programs and events. We do not share, rent or sell visitor’s personal information to third parties, such as marketers.

We do not share any personally identifiable information we may collect in surveys, although we may share aggregated survey results with analysts. The aggregate data cannot be used to identify individuals and participation in the survey is voluntary.

It is possible that we could be forced by law or in response to a subpoena, to disclose personally identifiable user information in response to a search warrant, subpoena, or court order. These kinds of disclosures are highly unlikely, but possible.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfil contracts we might have with you (for example if you make contact us through email), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Email communication. Slip Me Not does not collect your email address unless you voluntarily submit it to us or choose to communicate with us via email. We do not sell any email addresses. If you email Slip Me Not – your message and email address will be forwarded to the appropriate department or program within the practice. Please do not email patient health information, as that information is confidential and should only be discussed with the practice or healthcare provider. You may opt out of receiving Slip Me Not emails by clicking on the unsubscribe button on the bottom of the email.

What Slip Me Not does about children visiting the website. Slipmenot.com is not intended for children under the age of 18. We will not knowingly collect information from site visitors in this age group. We encourage parents to talk to their children about their use of the Internet and the information they disclose online. We will use reasonable efforts to delete the child’s information from our databases.
